Cover Sheet Awardee Organization and Place of Performance

You’ve been working on a proposal in Fastlane and you’ve allowed SRO access.  But your contracting officer says that your proposal is not there…what’s going on???

This is a common occurrence and generally, this occurs because the wrong information has been entered on the Cover Sheet for the Awardee Organization and/or the Place of Performance.  If this information is not correct in Fastlane, it can (and often does) prevent it from being viewable by your contracting officer.  When working on your proposals, please make sure that the information on your Cover Sheet is as follows:

For GT (GTRC), the information on the Cover Sheet should be:

Many PIs first instinct is to include where their lab/office is as the Place of Performance and understandably so.  However, please take note of the proper information to be included there.  Ensuring the proper information will expedite the review process by enabling your contracting officer to view once you “Allow SRO Access”.
